As part of our superannuation planning we decided to investigate property investment and in 2007 we purchased a small commercial property through Aaron Antonas of Blackburne Property Group.

We were impressed with Aaron’s professionalism and market knowledge and when the property became vacant a year later, we engaged Aaron’s services to market the premises for lease. We were greatly impressed with the results in what was a relatively flat market for commercial property. Since that time Aaron has assisted us to buy another commercial property ‘off the plan’ in the Perth central business district and we have also engaged Aaron to lease this property for us upon settlement. Aaron Antonas sold us our first commercial property in 2007.

We have since gone on to buy two other commercial properties throuh Aaron.

Each of the properties were bought ‘Off the plan” and we entrusted the leasing of the first two properties with Aaron and were pleased with the outcome.

Subsequently we have now engaged Aaron to lease the third property ‘off the plan’ which is due for completion later this year.

Many thanks for our meeting yesterday and the wonderful hamper. Spoke with Adam he is very keen to go with the Melaluca Investment, one question, do they have any town houses, now or in the new future available.Delor vue property - Would like to convey my thanks to Blackburne, for a worry free experience of finally getting into the investment housing market. Our initial meeting gave Sally & I real confidence to realize the potential that can be gained by investing in the correct area, and having the expertise of Blackburne behind us, going interstate to look was no problems.

The property that we have purchased as a result is at DelorVue, Cannonvale Qlds.

As we were already staying a few days in Brisbane, we decided to take a quick flight north and have a look. Truly was well worth it, the location on the side of the hill, with magnificent views of the bay and tree lined hills were breath taking.

The apartments themselves well laid out with the space used to maximize it’s rental potential. As a whole the complex of units, facilities and just the location, with the new Whitsunday Hub being established a couple km’s away, as well as the mining inland, rental for long term is very assured. Certainly in our minds the decision to invest here, and the commitment of Blackburne, is winner.
